Brint LearnedBrint Learned - Executive Director

Brint Learned joined Rabbit Run Community Arts Association in 2001 as their first full-time executive director. He has an extensive background in arts administration having worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors for over 20 years. While his responsibilities at RRCAA are focused primarily on the administrative and financial aspects of the association, Brint is also responsible for developing new projects and oversight of curriculum as well as the historic Rabbit Run Theater. Brint has acted and directed at numerous theaters in the area, including The Fine Arts Association, Rabbit Run Theater, Lake Erie College, Beck Center, Lakeland Theatre and Ashtabula Arts Center.

Ruth DorrRuth Dorr - Theater Operations Coordinator

Ruth Dorr has been involved with Rabbit Run Theater for 17 years having held many positions at the theater and now with the RRCAA. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees, and as part of her role as Theater Operations Coordinator oversees the Box Office, Season Tickets, and the wonderful volunteers of Rabbit Run Theater.

Karen ZieglarKaren Ziegler - Publicist/Group Sales Representative

Upon re-entering the work force in 2004, Karen Ziegler has served as the publicist for RRCAA for the past four years and as the group sales representative for two years. She holds a BS in education from Kent State University.

Betty Jean GreenBetty Jean Grean - Dean of Faculty

Betty Jean Green was a 1969 founder of the Madison Fine Arts organization (later renamed Western Reserve Fine Arts Association.) She was President of the Board of WRFAA during the merger with Friends of Rabbit Run Theater. At RRCAA she is the Dean of Faculty, teaches piano, organ, and recorder, and directs the Madison Chorale.

Beth JohnsonBeth Johnson - Educational Programs Coordinator

As well as serving as the Educational Programs Coordinator for RRCAA, Beth Johnson also teaches voice, conducts the youth choirs, and teaches Kindermusik at Rabbit Run. She majored in Music Education at Luther College. Beth has performed professionally with the Bowen Park Opera Company (Chicago), the Erie Opera Theater, and the Cleveland Opera with Opera Atelier.

Heather HoffmanHeather Hoffman - Director of Dance

Heather K Hoffman has been in the field of dance for almost 30 years. She holds a BFA in dance from Ohio University. She is the Director of Dance and serves as a coordinator for RRCAA’s “Try Me Series” for children. She has choreographed productions for Rabbit Run Theater and several public and private schools Northeast Ohio.
